WISSOTA announces the Structural Buildings WISSOTA Late Model Challenge Series Flagman

(3/25/2022 - St. Cloud, MN) WISSOTA Promoters Association, Inc. Executive Director Rod Lindquist announced that Thomas Ledin will be the Flagman of the 2022 season for the Structural Buildings WISSOTA Late Model Challenge Series.

Ledin served in the United States Navy as a fast track submarine navigation team member and became a firefighter in Georgia after retirement. He then worked in trackside safety and fire for NASCAR at the Talladega Speedway before moving his family in 2017 to Wisconsin, where he is now self-employed in construction.

After moving to Wisconsin, Ledin honed his skills as a flagman at both SK Speedway in Unity, Wisconsin, and Marshfield Motor Speedway in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Rod Lindquist, Executive Director of WISSOTA Promoters Association Inc., stated; "I like Tom's background and service to our country. With his experience as fireman and track safety at Talladega Speedway, I am confident Tom will promote safety in his role as our flagman and deliver consistency for the drivers at all the Structural Buildings WISSOTA Late Model Challenge Series stops".

The Structural Buildings WISSOTA Late Model Challenge Series features the Midwest's top WISSOTA Late Model competitors with some of the nation's most celebrated drivers and many young and rising stars in the class.
